This
paper is aimed at correcting the current
serious imbalances and deficiencies in
the Uruguay Round Agreement on Agriculture.
The author puts forward a set of proposals
for the ongoing negotiations on Agriculture
in WTO. These proposals intend to help
developing countries develop a more balanced
set of elements for the guidelines that
are being worked out in the current negotiations.
