Salary: £38,786 - £43,477

The Policy Development Manager manages an interdisciplinary team of policy specialists in the fields of economic justice, accountable governance and climate and sustainable development, to shape Christian Aid’s research agenda overall, and produce cutting edge and bold evidence based policies to support Christian Aid’s campaigns, lobbying and networking.

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished international development analyst-cum Manager. A record of published works in any of the above disciplines will be desirable and competence in quantitative analysis and a second language will be added advantages. You will have experience in managing and coordinating inter-disciplinary research and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex issues simply and clearly.
